Transportation & Parking

GW is strongly committed to ensuring that persons with disabilities are afforded easy parking and transportation access to our Foggy Bottom Campus, Mount Vernon Campus and Virginia Science and Technology Campus.

Parking

All of our parking facilities have accessible parking spaces within reasonably close proximity to entrances, elevators, doors and ramps.

Shuttles

Persons with disabilities who utilize our shuttle services have access to our robust GW transportation network and services, which operate throughout the year. All shuttles serving GW routes are designed to meet ADA accessibility guidelines and requirements for safe and secure transport of persons with disabilities. All shuttles have:

• Wheelchair lifts
• Priority seating signage in front rows
• Curb to curb pick-up/drop-off; and/or
• Pick-up/drop-off at campus ADA accessible curb ramps and access ways, if required.
